Return Policy – Sid’s Ponds & Gardenscapes

General Policy

Sid’s Ponds & Gardenscapes Inc. values customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, with some exceptions as noted below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
a. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
b. Your item must be in its original packaging.
c. You will need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
a. Perishable goods (e.g., plants, flowers, or similar products) b. Custom orders or personalized items c. Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing times for refunds may depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

If the item you purchased is defective, you can choose to exchange the product for the same item instead of a refund. Please email online@sidsponds.com or call 905-824-5104 to initiate an exchange process.

*Please be aware that the state of the item in question to be returned will determine shipping cost refund eligibility. Sid’s Ponds & Gardenscapes Inc. reserves the right to determine shipping cost refund eligibility.
a. For Defective or Broken items: If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid will be included in your refund.*
b. For Non-Defective Items: If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid will not be included in your refund.*
